As Field Research Director (Fulbright Scholar), Kenya, 1969, responsible for on-site administration of two national grants involving the employment, training, and daily supervision of a 16-person research team over 1-1/2 years. Training involved development of a new oral research methodology that provided 8,000 pages of data on the dynamics and psychology of African thought, from over 300 informants. Presented results of this research across U.S.A.
